Delivery Policy

At Meatify, we are committed to delivering fresh meat from our trusted butcher directly to your doorstep, safely and on time.

1. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within 15 km of range from partner location.

• If your address falls outside our service area, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made Monday–Sunday between 10:30 AM – 2:30].

• Orders placed before 10 am will be delivered on the same day.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time(10 am) will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery Fees

• Standard delivery fee apply on all orders.

• Delivery fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Handling & Freshness

• All meat is collected directly from our butcher partner and delivered using safe, temperature-controlled methods.

• We ensure your order reaches you fresh, but we recommend refrigerating or freezing your meat immediately upon delivery.

5. Delivery Instructions

• Please provide accurate delivery details and any specific instructions (e.g., leave at door, ring bell).

• If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave the order in a safe spot (if permitted) or attempt redelivery at an additional cost.

6. Delays

• While we aim to deliver on time, unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather) may occur. We will notify you as soon as possible if your delivery is affected.
