Return & Refund Policy
At Meatify, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deliver fresh meat products, please note the following policy regarding refunds and returns:
1. Fresh Meat Orders
• Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or spoiled product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos( within 3 hrs).
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• You received the wrong item.
• The product was damaged in transit.
• The product was spoiled at the time of delivery.
Refunds will not be provided if:
• You change your mind after purchase.
• You provide an incorrect delivery address.
• You do not collect/receive your delivery on time.
3. Refund Process
• Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
4. Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, the butcher may have already started preparing your meat, and cancellation will not be possible.
